Risotto @ Paganellis
Went to Paganellis on the weekend and it was absolutely the best risotto I've ever had. The risotto was cooked with truffle and asparagus and flambeed at table side, in a Parmigiano-Reggiano wheel. OMG!
Looks real good!! Salivating!!
